<p>By the way, I&#8217;m fully aware that the most convenient thing on this <a href="http://dclibrary.org/services/getacard">Get A Card</a> page would be an actual form with which to apply for a card online.  It is on the way.  Hurrah for iterative changes and continual improvement. </p>
